HDFC Standard Life's Rs 8,700 crore IPO open, know these things before investing.


New Delhi: HDFC Standard Life's IPO has been opened from 7th November. The company plans to raise Rs 8,700 crore via IPO. HDFC Life is the country's third largest private sector life insurance company. According to experts and brokerage houses, the valuation seems to be a bit expensive, but it can be invested in a long-term perspective. 

Price band 275 to 290 
For the issue, price band of 275 to 290 rupees per share has been fixed. Right now, the size of HDFC Standard Life IPO is Rs 8,695 crore. IPO is open from 7th November, investors can subscribe up to November 9th. After IPO, the company's market capitalization can be Rs 58260 crores from 58247 crores. At the same time, the lot size of the IPO is 50 shares i.e. you have to put minimum 15000 rupees in it.
