Polling for 68 Assembly constituencies of Himachal Pradesh is going on today. Voting started with the strong security in the state. Voters will be cast until 5 pm. Security arrangements have been made to ensure voting. This time the direct contest is between the former Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal and the current Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh. VVPAT machines are being used for voting for the first time in the state.
